“Today, certain jobs are disappearing, the average person is staying in a job for under 3 years before moving, and new jobs are being developed that have never existed before.”

Due to changing workforce requirements, changes in organizations and job roles are inevitable.

It is critical for employees to adopt the practice of lifelong learning and organizations must foster that behavior in order to stay on top of the changing nature of work and life.

Throughout these changes, soft skills such as emotional intelligence, adaptability and collaboration will remain and increase in importance.
